The mission
The National Observatory is an essential reference point for the analysis of initiatives promoted by the Social Partners in the areas of employment, the labour market, training and professional qualification. In order to pursue these aims, the Observatory carries out several strategic activities, including:
Planning and drafting reports on the economic and productive state of the sector, with particular attention to development prospects and employment forecasts...
Analysis of training and professional qualification needs, taking into account inputs from the regions and companies...
"Our mission is to collect and analyse useful data that contribute to the understanding of labour dynamics."
The National Observatory is a technical body with the mission of monitoring, analysing and communicating key data on the employment market and the vocational training of agency workers.
Data monitoring and analysis
It systematically collects and processes statistical data, analysing phenomena and trends to provide an accurate picture of agency work.
Dialogue and industrial relations
It operates as a forum for discussion and dialogue between the Social Partners to promote a balanced and functional system of industrial relations.
Training and skills development
It identifies training needs and, in synergy with Forma.temp, supports the design of training courses to increase the employability of agency workers.
